Property NOT in good condition to be enjoyed
If you’re looking for a clean, nice and comfortable room to stay for your vacation then this will disappoint you. The hall way had a strong smell of mold. The room has strong air fresheners to cover up some unpleasant odors. The furnitures look old. The linens of bed are of low quality. The bathroom is very humid. The “white” towels might have been used for many years, even had yellow spots on them! Overall, the cleanness and comfortable level you get only compares to a cheap motel. Although there are some amenities the resort provides——private beach, two restaurants….—which are nice, the room itself really disappoints.

Nice little spot on the bay !
The property was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool . The sunsets were amazing. The two restaurants were good. I really enjoyed sunset bar and grill they had a seafood bisque that was awesome . With live music

Wonderful place to stay
We had a blast, perfect place to stay. Place was spotless, beds were VERY comfortable, very nice pool and hot tub right nearby. The beach was a super short walk. The owner answered all my questions immediately. I have nothing but great things to say. At sunset this is exactly where you want to be. We will definitely be coming back. We bought some groceries, used hot plate to make spaghetti, toaster oven for garlic bread. You do not have to eat at a restaurant, plenty of amenities to eat right in the condo.

Beautiful resort!
This resort has everything you need! Beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and we saw dolphins every day and manatees! It was the easiest check in process and Ginny (server) at the sunset grill made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Unit was adequate for 2 people. Fridge was too small for our length of stay ( 1 month). Outside property was very nice. Perfect for seniors. Pool right outside of our building. Beach across the street. 2 restaurants on property.

I love the location and the restaurants on property we’re good the unit it’s self could use better cleaning, newer and more linens. We enjoyed our time here but this unit could use a little updating a little bit of money would make this a lot better for users.

Excellent Rental
Booked for a long weekend. Loved the resort amenities and location of the unit. The room was clean and comfy. Even though ‘civilization’ is only a few minutes down the road, the resort makes you feel as if they are a world away.

Marriage saved!
We arrived on a Friday night and Saturday was college football. We couldn't figure out the cable. Christine was quick on the spot to help us navigate the cable system! The toilet was running non stop and Christine had a plumber come within 2 hrs to fix it. Sunset Beach restaurant had an amazing grouper with crab cake. Hook bar was a cozy little place across the parking lot. Beautiful sunset too!

We had the best Mother's Day Week at this lovely condo! A nice sunset balconey on the 2nd floor and easy fob entrance to the pools! The Lazy Gator and Fish House (only open W,TH,F and Sat and they will cook your charter fishing trip catches too!) resturants were right on your entrance/exit road and both were excellent! I highly recommend the Latitudes Tours Sunset dinner & two hour nature pontoon boat tour, excellent food and wonderful crew with only a walk across the parking lot! The 5 - sunset Sunday drumming on Siesta Key beach was an awesome adventure and it's only one hour away! The shady nooks at the resorts Bahia beach made it possible for me to stay at the beach longer than usual! Hooks just a few steps from the condo entrance had nice water view lunches in our schedule! I would highly recommend this tental!

Amazing getaway
We came for 3 nights and there was a lot to do in the resort. My husband and I swam and watched the dolphins and stingray's. We didn't leave the property except one day. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything you needed is here. Restaurants on property . Beach , pools and fishing pier . Live entertainment at restaurant. Attendants on beach for umbrellas and chairs . Grandson met new friends daily to play with .

Absolutely Perfect
My son and I came down to visit family nearby. This is a little slice of heaven. The room was exactly as described. It was clean, it smelled fresh, the beds were comfortable. The location of this unit was nicely placed a very short walk between the pool/hot tub, the restaurants and the Inn's private beach. Christine was quick to respond to any and all of my questions, and very accommodating. 10 out of 10 I would totally recommend. We will definitely be back!

Room not up to par
The property and location couldn’t be better but this room was not up to my standards. There were German roaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. There was quite a bit of dust on surfaces and bed frames were quite dirty. Only four towels were provided. The lighting in the room was awful. There was a leak spot on the roof. The listing says dogs are allowed and checkout is 11:00, but the host said no dogs allowed (dogs were EVERYWHERE on property, and she said checkout is 10:00). Would 100% recommend little harbor, but not this particular unit. My family checked out early due to the bugs.

Great location with easy access to the beach. No elevator which is a downer when traveling with kids. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Beds were comfortable. The A/C unit had an odd smell when running.
