"This cute cottage was perfect for a 6 night getaway for my partner and I. Located in picturesque grounds, it was very relaxing and quiet. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the outside deck area to read, have a drink and dinner while listening to music. "Our group really enjoyed staying at this bach. There was plenty of room for all of us, both in terms of bedrooms, and even just on the couches in the living room, we could really sprawl out and not fight for space. Kitchen was good, pool table and air hockey downstairs, along with a second bathroom. Wifi worked well, and the table had great light for playing board games or doing puzzles."

"Stayed at Riversong for 2 nights to climb the Pinnacles. All the beds and sofa are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped, just remember to bring your olive oil and spices etc if you intend on cooking. The spa pool was a life saver after a long walk. The river swimming spot just down from the house is gorgeous, with a platform for jumping in if you're brave enough. Such a short drive from Auckland. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks! "
