"Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner."

"Property was clean and somewhat dated but had everything we needed. Problem with hot water was fixed promptly by the host. No central heating but space heaters were provided.
