"Die Villa ist sehr sauber, hat einen weitläufigen wunderschönen Garten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große schöne Terrasse, mit schönem Ausblick. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist da genau richtig. Wir haben die Ruhe wirklich genossen. Der Strand ist fast leer gewesen, was auch sehr angenehm war. Die Elisabetta und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es eine gemütliche Pizzeria mitten im Wald, 7 min...

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "

"We were so happy with our stay. We stayed only one night before our cruise. It was perfect for us. Loved the water view form the big windows. Great location to the port, we took advantage of the free shuttles right in front of the building to the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants within walking distance. The host was also excellent. She was easily reached via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this apt."

Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. "Es un pueblo costero de verano con mucho encanto. Marco y Etnia han sido super amables con mis amigas y conmigo. La casa está en perfecto estado y es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó mucho, pudimos ir a Roma (hay trenes cada 30 munitos por 3,60€), ir a la playa y, conocer Ladispoli, un pueblo que está a tan solo una parada de tren con unas playas muy bonitas y unos helados deliciosos! "The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."
