Fall Break
It was a great stay, our family along with 2 other families stayed here on fall break. It had beautiful foliage, house was very nice and well kept, and it had the perfect amount of room for our party. Southern IN was beautiful in October and would visit again.

Wonderful Weekend
Stayed at the property over labor day weekend and had a great time! Property location close to a boat ramp allowed us to enjoy the lake and invite family and friends to join us. Property looks brand new. We will probably come back again next year. Only down side was getting to the property with our boat on the narrow twisting roads. Overall had a great time with family and friends.

Great for small and large family gatherings
The first initial reaction to the house was how beautiful it is. It got even better inside. There was so much room for everyone to relax. With the game room in the basement the kids (and adults) stayed entertained. The house had everything we needed from beds to all the cooking equipment to make meals. I would recommend this gem to anyone who wants to get away and have some fun.

Absolutely Stunning!!!
This place was everything it said it was and more. It is a beautiful home! ALL beds were amazing. Plenty of room for the entire family. There was so much to do with pool table, games, hot tub. Parking was a breeze and plenty of room for boats, jet skis and vehicles. The host was amazing also. She replied within minutes a of asking a question. We will definitely stay here again. I can not say enough about this place!!!! Separate living areas were great also. The adults could hang in their space and the teenagers in another.

Amazing Girls Weekend!!!!
Our Girls Weekend at The Big Patoka Lake house was completely amazing. This house is everything you could ever want for the perfect get away with friends and family. Courtney was an excellent host and made booking and our stay amazing. The home was everything and more. Plenty of room for our party of 8 to each have their own bed. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable. We went from gathering around the kitchen island, which is beautiful, to the kitchen table to the basement game area. There were plenty of games to be played, pool table and the hot tub. It was a rainy cold weekend so the hot tub was definitely a bonus! Patoka Lake winery is about a 20 min drive from the house and has some delicious wines and slushies to choose from. If the home is this beautiful in the winter we can't wait to go back in the summer!!! Thank you for an Amazing stay!!!!

Big Fun at the Big Patoka!
Our family of 12 recently stayed at The Big Patoka for 3 nights. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, brand new retreat! The home had plenty of space to gather and play. The main living area had comfortable seating for our large group and was open to the well-stocked kitchen and dining area. The granite buffet is gorgeous! We also enjoyed the fireplace. Although it was cold and rainy, we did not get to enjoy the large porches on each of the 3 levels of the house. But the outdoor dining and seating possibilities and backyard views will be great in warmer weather. The bedrooms were spacious, providing ample, private sleeping quarters for our large group, including an infant. The memory foam mattresses and linens were very comfortable. The downstairs bunk room was perfect for the kids. The entire lower level offers lots of play. Pool table, foosball, game table with board and card games, wet bar, huge tv, and theater style sofas. Our family stayed and played. Outside on the deck is a huge hot tub. I will note that this vacation home is off the beaten path. So come prepared! Although our stay in this home was a blast in December, a stay during lake season would be awesome. This great vacation home is just a mile from Patoka Lake. Our family hopes to return in warm weather to fully enjoy its several amenities. Book this home! You will not be disappointed.
