The house was nice. There were four of us (2 couples). We had plenty of space and the beds were very comfy. We spent most of our time away from the rental so we didn't use the kitchen or go to the lake near the rental.
My husband and I had the lower floor, the other couple had the upper room. It was early spring so a bit chilly; there was only one thinnish blanket on each bed. We called and asked Aaron for some additional blankets; it was late but he offered to bring them right away - we opted to increase the heat and asked him to bring them over the next day (which he did!).
The next morning we noticed there were no filters for the coffee pot - after contacting Aaron we realized the reusable filter was missing. He said he would bring over paper filters and offered to bring us all coffee from a local shop (which we declined - still, very nice of him to offer).
The only other thing missing were:
hand towels in the two bathrooms, so we ended up using the extra towels from the unused 3rd bedroom.
There was only ~ 1-11/2 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, but we were provided with additional rolls.
My only recommendation would be to have extra blankets on-hand for guests who prefer to keep the temps low at night and to consider a checklist of some sort just to make sure all the rooms have the necessary supplies. Aaron was, however, VERY responsive and brought anything we asked for right away. So, all in all it was a fine place to stay.
