Perfect for what we needed
Overall it was good, and clean. The bathroom floor could use a little more scrubbing. The kitchen was very sparse on items, like there were only 2 spoons, but thankfully we werent there enough for it to matter.

Great Cottage with a perfect beach
This was our second year staying at this cottage, and yes we plan to go back. The cottage was clean! Close to everything, but a block off busy US-23. The large sandy beach area was perfect. The owner was in contact with us just before our stay and after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Visiting family with the kids
I brought my son and daughter up for a few days to visit family. We have stayed here twice now and we love the location. The beach is right there and downtown is just a short walk. The property is clean and Aaron is always very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend it!

Needs more furniture. Only mirror is in the bathroom. No stopper for kitchen sink making washing dishes difficult. No ice cube trays so no ice. A grill spatula or tongs would help. All very minor but needed. Thank you. Area is gorgeous even the ticks. 😎

Relaxing
The house was just right for us. There was only one hot day that we had to deal with the no air conditioning, otherwise we didn’t notice. The beach was nice and clean! It is close to food and stores. It was quiet, especially for a holiday weekend. We enjoyed our stay!

Family visit
I brought my two children up to visit family in the area. We loved how close this was to the beach! My 14 year old son even suggested getting up at 6 to go down and watch the sunrise over the lake (highly recommended). The property was nice, clean, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the public beach. We would definitely stay again.

I do wish the property had A/C. However, if I read the listing better I would have saw that. It was prefect weather and it was almost on Lake Huron, so we didn’t miss it too much. Prefect spot to get away for the weekend.

Family Getaway
Super cute place for a family getaway. The owner was very responsive. Make sure you write down or screenshot the checkin instructions as the cell service around there is very poor and we had to drive around to get enough service to get back to the website. Also, I think more amenities in the house would be helpful. We flew in from another state, so were unable to bring extra things like towels and had to go to the laundromat while we were there.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage
This was such a wonderful place to stay in Oscoda! The property has an excellent location, it was clean and just as advertised in the listing, and the management team was informative, responsive, and helpful. The care they take with their property is obvious and we had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Place
The house doesn't look that great from the outside but the inside has been renovated and is beautiful. It was spacious and airy. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which looked brand new. Ceiling fans in all rooms kept the place cool. There is nothing to improve.
