"Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming."

"자연환경이 좋은 사파여행을 위해 선택했던 KK SAPA Hotel. 위치 좋고 친절하며 갖추어진 수영장, 헬스, 당구대 등 부대시설 좋고 중심가로 접근성 좋고 새 건물이라 깨끗하고 여러 말이 필요없는 편안한 숙소였다. 하필이면 2박하는 동안 날씨가 안좋아 계속 안개 속이어서 발코니에서 시파 자연환경, 계곡을 감상하고 싶었는데 너무 아쉽지만 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 다시 KK sapa 호텔을 재방문 해야겠다고 생각했다. 넓고 쾌적한 호텔 잘 쉬다 왔습니다."

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. ..."
