Great base to relax and explore wonderful Lanzarote
Very safe and peaceful, plenty of space, great outlook and easy parking. Loads to do in Costa Teguise, just a short walk away. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would happily recommend.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation geht leider nur auf Spanisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer hat es gut geklappt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort Costa Teguise liegt auch ziemlich mittig auf der Insel, so lässt sich alles recht gut erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Angenehm ruhig. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nur der Fußboden war besonders unter den Betten staubig. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Relaxing from start to finish
Had a lovely relaxing time in this hoo, was spotless from top to bottom, probably one of the best equipped property that we have stayed in and we have been self catering over in Lanzarote for years. Bed was lovely and comfortable and clean, the only one thing that was missing was a plunge pool as it was so windy the week we were there too stay one the beach, and so hot on the terrace, but we will definitely be back again and again.

Francisco was kindness itself.
The property was exactly as described and Francisco was a perfect host. As seniors we are slow with TV remotes and lock ourselves out with bags inside, but he was very patient with us. We would recommend wholeheartedly and not hesitate to book again. Location ideal for Costa Teguise and Playas.

Fabulous Apartment
Extremely well equipped apartment in a quiet mainly residential area. Very clean and comfortable with fully fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and storage area in the utility room. Ten minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants, fifteen minutes to the shopping centre and restaurants. Sunny terraced area with loungers and mattresses. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable house with a beautiful south facing terrace
The property is situated within a ten minute walk to a Spar supermarket and some eateries. There is no need for a car. We were met by Francisco who showed us round. The house was immaculately clean and it was lovely to have a supply of basic toilet and cleaning materials. My only complaint which gives it 4* rather than 5*, is that the 'al fresco' dining furniture could do with improving to allow proper outdoor eating. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Die Wohnung hat eine herrliche Terrasse, schöne Zimmern. Tolles Bad.... Alles soweit okay. Für uns persönlich nur etwas zu weit draußen. Hatte natürlich den Vorteil, dass es herrlich ruhig war. Kleine Anmerkung.... Da die Wohnung für 4 Personen ist, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn die Kaffeemaschine das auch wäre. Diese ist nur für eine Tasse :-)

When we saw pictures online of the House we were impressed, but not as impressed as we were when we saw the building in real life. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lots of cooking utensils, lots of delph and lots of fresh clean towels. The area was a short walk from the nearest shops, eateries and just a stones throw from the beach. Sheila & I really enjoyed our stay here, in a lovely quite area and would not hesitate to book this building again for another holiday

Lovely property in great location
Good communication from owner prior to arrival. Property very clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. Quiet location with sun on terrace all day but not too far to walk to shops and restaurants. Would book again if we visit Costa Teguise.

Great property, perfect size and quiet location
We had a lovely time at the apartment...perfect size for 3 people and great to have two bathrooms. The terrace was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The patio furniture does require an upgrade - it was broken and I injured myself on one of the loungers due to it being cracked. We didn’t receive any communication about leaving the property so this could be improved as part of the experience. Overall a restful stay and we enjoyed staying here.

Peaceful two bed duplex with everything you could need
We loved the peaceful location of the duplex which still had the advantage of an easy walk into town for shops, bars etc. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and al fresco meals. We didn’t need a car as the public transport is great. We would highly recommend this property and the communication from booking to being met at the door was spot on.

Relaxing stay in great location.
Lovely accommodation with everything you need, loved the terrace area for eating breakfast out & private sunbathing. Great walking area into town, hills or up the rugged coast or early morning run! Supermarket not far & fabulous resteraunts if required. Would reccommend visit to cacti garden. Just what we needed for 10 days chilling out & relaxing in November. Only fault we had no welcome or welcome information in accommodation which would be useful to find supermarket on arrival, an umbrella left in utillity room would be good & maybe upgrade patio furntiure. Thankyou for lovely stay.

A proper home from home.
We have just returned from a weeks stay and would certainly recommend the apartment. Located in a nice quiet urbanisation with shops,bars and restaurants a mere 10 min walk down the hill ( not too much of an incline ). The beachfront is a further 5 mins away and plenty eateries are there also. As we were first time visitors to Lanzarote we decided on an apartment rather than a hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to the amount of space inside and out. All appliances are in place to see you through a stay and are clean. Thank you very much Mirtill.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut für Familien ausgestattet. Neben Waschmaschiene und 2 Bädern sogar eine DVD- und Surround Anlage vorhanden. USB Anschluss am großen TV für externe Geräte vorhanden. Einzig der schlechte Empfang deutscher Sender ist ein kleines Manko... ruhig gelegen, Strand,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Blick seitlich zum Meer ist auch sehr schön. Service bei Fragen,Anregungen,Wünsche wird schnellstmöglich erledigt. Toller Preis und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 3 Wochen) sehr gut geeignet!

Sehr schönes Haus! Empfehlenswert!
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage auf der Insel. Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war hervorragend! Das Haus entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist im super Zustand, ausgestattet mit vielen Utensilien. Die Anlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, ist sehr ruhig, etwas abseits von dem touristischen Trubel. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Bis zum Strand haben wir zu Fuß 15-20 min gebraucht. Sehr empfehlenswert!
