Enjoyable stay in Costa Teguise
This property is ideal for relaxing and chilling. The well equipped kitchen means you can make snacks and meals in the home and just relax taking in the views. We stayed for 19 days as part of a longer stay in Costa Teguise and the whole home was clean, well equipped and pleasure to stay in.

Great equipped apartment with access to good pool
This property ticked the boxes we wanted, which was a property at a good price and access to a 25m training pool for our kids, that swim. The property is surprisingly spacious even with the fold out sofa and other fold away bed down. The apartment is well equipped and the use of washing machine is great. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but was what we expected and is a little bit of a walk to some of the main restaurants, not an issue but why I have given 4 not 5. Would return again in future.

Return after many years
Winter sun break. The weather did not disappoint. Not been back to Island for 20years so it was great to reacquaint ourselves with both old favorites and new additions. The apartment was well equipped and had very comfortable furnishings which made our stay very easy. As we now live in Canada this was a farewell visit to Lanzarote which we really enjoyed. Thank you Suzanne!

Very nice apartment
Suzanne was very easy to contact, we loved the location, especially the 25 m pool to swim every day with no children or lilos was bliss! A reasonable walk to the main areas but added a bit of exercise into the day, smaller supermarkets closer for water etc. buses nearby and 1st stop so even if a busy time always got a seat. We would definitely use the apartment again and recommend it to friends and family. Louise and Pete.

Sands Beach
Great apartment with everything you need for a home from home stay.Great location if you like walking as part of your day but shops and bars close to the Sands Beach Resort if you want to have relaxing days too. Lots to see if you like people watching wdue to its location infront of the heated Olympic pool used by all sorts of professionals and holiday makers. Suzanne the host was always on hand at short notice if needed and if you fancy staying in there is English TV channels as well. All in all i would definitely stay at Verdi 15 again.

Sands Beach Resort Verde 15
Verde 15 is a great apartment in the Sands Beach Resort. A lovely sea view from the balcony alongside the always interesting activities in the swimming pool, with attentive service from the hosts there is very little more you could wish for!

Two Weeks Mid October 2023
A spacious and well appointed, comfortable apartment on a well maintained complex with many pools. Good pedestrian access to the beaches, promenades and resort facilities of Costa Teguise. Ample car parking. The shop on site offers basic self-catering supplies. A great base for a laid back and relaxing holiday.

Logement idéal
Logement propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est jolie et plaza verde avec la piscine olympique est plus calme. Situation proche des plages et commerces/restaurants. L'accès direct à la digue pour aller pêcher a particulièrement plu à notre fils de 12 ans. Avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Suzanne et gardons cette adresse si nous retournons à Costa Teguise.

We had a great stay in Verde 15, the apartment was a lovely base for us while we explored the area and loved coming back to sit on the balcony with drinks and card games. It was so handy having towels available and of course the washing machine! Suzanne was so responsive to our messages/enquiries and always answered us within a few minutes which was brilliant. We loved our stay 😁

Great Stay
A absolutely lovely apartment on Verde overlooking the Olympic pool which was in a quieter area than others on site. The apartment lacked for nothing and we had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone. Baring in mind the apartment is a top apartment and steps lead to it so if you have a walking impairment take this into consideration.

Excellent Apartment with Pool & Sea Views
We had 13 wonderful nights in this superb roomy Apartment, it has sea views and is overlooking a 25M swimming pool, we were self catering and it had everything we needed! Great location with a supermarket on site or 5 minutes walk to a larger one, Costa Teguise has some amazing Restaurants only a short walk away! Great communication with the owner, it will not disappoint!

Stayed for a week and was really pleased with the apartment. There were only two of us staying there and it had everything we needed The apartment is clean and tidy, nice sea views from the balcony. Great apartment
My husband & i have just returned from a weeks holiday at Sands beach , Verde 15 . We had a great stay in this apartment , was very clean , had a lovely sea view as well . Would certainly book again . The host Suzanne is very helpful nothing is to much trouble .
