"It was wonderful to be able to walk to the wedding venue. The size of the property is great. Communication was very good with host. Nice to have the pub/German beer place right across the square. Parking was super easy. We think the decor could definitely use a refresh. Some footrests were ripped and paint needed touching up. Perhaps a refresh on the linens would be a good idea too. "I took my 2 dogs over a weekend and even with the rain we couldn't be happier. The covered porch was perfect and it has a nice trail in the property for the dogs to explode. Would definitely come back!"

"Anyone who has stayed at VRBO knows that listings (like resumes) may be embellished sometimes. Not the case here, place was just as advertised and probably better. Plenty of kitchen accessories, handled our group of 18 perfectly. Even when a couple of kids wanted to change bedrooms, plenty to choose from. Pool was nicely heated, house was comfortable and vies spectacular. Only thing bad about the property was we only had it for week. Could have easily stayed another. Thanks to Jeff and his team."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. about 1/4 mile off road bottom of hill, forest edge, very protected and private. Tent easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stocked with essentials. Even though it was rainy, we had a restful stay. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Love the rural vibe. Would definitely do again"

"We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very clean, very convenient location to Santander area, Pagonda, Train station , and much more. Amazing Diner right down the road. Many other restaurants also. Great communication with the host. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again for sure!"

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...
