Very good space. Communication with host very poor
The house is good. Spacewise works well for a couple of families. The outdoor area is very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool a lot. There are many rooms with good beds and space in general is good. Tons of towels which was amazing.
However, the house seems to need a bit of attention. The entrance door makes an awful sound, in two of the three bathrooms, the water tank keeps running and the third bathroom has a shower that spills so much water that it forms a huge puddle outside, no matter how hard you try to avoid it.
COMMUNICATION WITH HOST
This deserves its own chapter. Despite of the fact that Vrbo sent me an email about “the keys to my property”, there were no instructions about check in. We were a family travelling from different countries and it got stressful when 20 hours before the trip, we had no instructions. I tried to reach out on the app and finally end up calling the number.
After check in, no instructions about garbage, or the house. No info at all. And just as the last drop, we woke up on the last day to a man in the property. He was cleaning the pool, great, but we had no information about it. The experience with the host was quite poor.
