Wonderful house & pool

A lovely house & beautiful pool alongside fantastic hosts made our week extremely memorable. Everything you might wish for was provided & we were even given a couple of local wines to try and a homemade cake. Thank you both for your welcome. Our granddaughter loved the chickens!

Geweldige vakantie en heerlijk genoten

Mooi huis, omgeving en voorzien van alles. Alles werkt super en de beheerder en zijn familie staan altijd voor je klaar. Airco door het gehele huis, groot en schoon zwembad en genoeg privacy. Huurauto is voor de afstand naar het dorp, omgeving en boodschappen wel een aanrader. Top locatie en een aanrader! Familie Nofri … ontzettend bedankt!

A really nice place!

We had the most wonderful holiday! The house is beautiful and the same applies to the pool area. We had it all to ourselves! The hosts are really nice and very welcoming and even though they live right next door, you didn't notice them at all😊 The kitchen is well equipped and we could easily cook for all 6😊 The veranda by the kitchen is covered and we spent many good hours here. The house's air conditioning worked at its best. We had their garage for the car. The pool was cleaned every night. There was a television with a TV package, so we could follow both Formula 1 and the Tour de France😉 One evening our good host (Paolo?😊) cooked delicious barbecue for us all! It was really both a good experience and a holiday that must have the best recommendations from us!

The property was beautiful. There was plenty of information about the surrounding area in a booklet provided by the host. Easy access to train station by car. The pool was great. Overall a beautiful location.

FANTASTIC STUNNING AMAZING

Paolo and the entire Nofri Family are truly the best hosts ever. We enjoyed every minute of our 17 nights stay at the house. The villa is clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The gigantic pool is stunning. And even bigger than we thought. Our son adored the chickens and even more the fresh eggs from those lovely ladies. We had an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany. Shops and Restaurants are nearby. We are definitely coming back!!!

Tranquil Terranuova

Huge thank you to Paulo, Silvia and family for making my group of four people feel at home. We enjoyed four nights and loved every minute of our Tuscan villa. The location of the villa is near major cities and can be reached by car or train. The Arezzo train station is close by and easy to use. Our home had great air conditioning, comfortable space to relax and the most splendid pool. We also used the washer while we were there and there was a drying rack available to us as well. Another huge thank you for the gifts provided as they were thoughtful, sweet and lovely. I would highly recommend Villa Cipriani for a quiet, affordable stay in Tuscany.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Perfect!

We absolutely loved every minute we spent at this beautiful villa. The house is immaculately clean, fully stocked with linens etc, and is updated. The grounds and pool are gorgeous. We loved the location because it was easy to visit many locations such as Assisi, Firenze, Sienna etc. The host family is the best. They are so friendly and warm and go beyond to help make your stay wonderful. Paolo even helped us get medication when our daughter became sick. We would recommend this villa to everyone and hope to return soon!!

Fabulous villa with every comfort and convenience

We had a fantastic stay at Il Cipresse. The villa is gorgeous, beautifully furnished, the owners have thought of everything. There is a lovely area for eating outside. And the pool area is superb, very clean and spacious. The garden area is lovely, and our children loved the two rabbits. The villa is located about 5-10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Terranuova Bracciolini, and is conveniently located near the A1 motorway, so easy to explore Florence, Siena etc. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nofri family for your kind hospitality and making us feel so welcome.

Top-class property.

We stayed 6 nights at the villa. This is really top-class, spotless clean 5 star property, where every little thing looked after. The house is completely new with three bedrooms. In the house everything works, everything supplied (starting from the shower things to electrical equipment). Welcome pack was huge (lasted for a couple of days) , as we arrived late and shops were closed very much appreciated. Separate thanks for the red wine, which was one of the best we have tasted during the holiday. WiFi works excellent. The A/C around the whole house. The swimming pool is bigger than on photos. Pool area equipped with everything necessary. There is stone barbecue which I recommend to use, at least once. The garden is huge and there is nice sitting area for having drink and food outside. Two pet rabbits living on the site is very nice addition, especially if you have kids (they are active during evenings and nights). The villa is located in great position, very close to A1 motorway which runs from North to South. This is good for visiting Florence, Siena, Southern Toscana and Northern Umbria as really saves time. Big supermarket is 10 min drive. There is local restaurant with pizzas take away located about 15 min walk. If you like visiting historical sites you will be "tearing" yourself between staying on the villa and travelling around, then book longer vacation. A truly wonderful villa in the beautiful Tuscany countryside

My family and I had an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany whilst staying at the beautiful Villa Il Cipresso. The villa is new, clean and modern with a lovely pool. The location of the villa, on a hillside within an easy drive of the A1 Autostrade, was perfect to travel to some outstanding places in Tuscany and we visited Florence, Siena, Pisa and Montepulciano as well as other local sights. Every other day we simply stayed at the villa to "chillax" - which was wonderful. The famiglia Nofri were especially welcoming and warm - whether providing advice, suggestions or food and drink - grazie molto for all the help. If you're considering visiting Italy then the Villa Il Cipresso is ideal and we strongly endorse it as a holiday home! We're looking forward to returning one day and will recommend it to our friends and family!
