Property was smaller than expected. The bed takes up most of the living space, and there is limited space to keep your belongings (suitcases, dirty clothes, etc).
The place has a tankless water heater, so I would not recommend this place for the winter. The water would heat up, but it would stay that way for 3-5 mins. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was little to none.
There is no kitchen, only a hotplate and a sink. With the cramped conditions, I would plan on eating out, but the landlord does recommend MANY places to eat out within Driggs, Victor and Jackson.
I see this place more of a summer location, there is a patio with a awesome view of the Tetons and a fire pit.
Communication with the landlord was top notch. They would text me back within 5 mins.
As a safety concern, when I stayed in March 2024, there were no fire detectors, carbon monoxide monitors, or fire extinguishers in the place. But there was a stocked first aid kit. Given the amount of space heaters in this tiny home, I would strongly advise the landlord to put in at least a CO monitor and a fire extinguisher.
