"Be careful with Locale. They didn’t respect our booking, blaming Expedia for double booking. The people at the call center is rude, unhelpful and they don’t bother to give a solution. We found out at the check in and had to find a place to stay. "

"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. "Our stay was just ok. The apartment was fresh & clean. The beds were comfortable and fresh also. There were no tickets issued, no way to get tickets at the Arboretum when we got there. We were laughed at when we said we had free tickets through VRBO. Maybe the person we talked to was not aware or maybe we were scammed. "Check-in was absolutely seamless. The apartment was very spacious. The host provided every ammenity you could need, in case you forgot something. I can say that the communication was great. Never failed to respond quickly, succinctly, and kindly. Location-wise, it doesnt get much more central to food and entertainment, between South Main and Magnolia. Just stay alert if you are walking at night. I was very impressed. "

The main entrance was a little confusing for us, but we were able to get in without any major issues with the communication from Beachbox.
