"Emma's College is an incredibly pleasant and enjoyable experience. The cottage has everything you could need for a great weekend getaway, from a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker to excellent air conditioning. I especially loved the pier fishing area; it was amazing. The cleanliness and atmosphere were top-notch, and communication with the manager was fantastic. I strongly recommend this spot to everyone and can only give it five-star ratings."

"I had a wonderful stay with my dog at the Fish cottage. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The rain shower head was incredible. The host was wonderful with great communication. Will definitely be back!"

"We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches here and there. I would stay again. Thank you!"

"Cozy New Cabins were just what my family of 4 needed for a quick fishing trip. Hosts were great and were easy to message back and forth upon arrival. Cabin was super cute and not too far of a drive from the Bayfront either. "

"I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. Definitely take bug repellent if you’re gonna hang outside. The cottage itself is just what you need nothing more, nothing less. This...
