"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. "The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. ..."

"꼭 플라밍고 자체 소유 빌라인지 확인하시기 바랍니다. 개인이 렌트해 주는 빌라는 플라밍고의 서비스를 받지 못합니다. 입구서 부터 따로 입장료(?) 인당 280,000d 내고 리조트내에 다니는 부기카를 이용하지 못합니다. 리조트내에는 편의점과 같은 물품 구매할 장소가 없습니다. 물론 본인 차량으로 여행을 가셨다면 리조트내 이동. 또는 물품구입. 식당이용 등을 외부에서 할 수 있습니다."
