Every Member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful and made this short break very enjoyable for both of them they were made to feel exceptionally special.. The hotel left a card in my great aunts room wishing her a happy 80th birthday which made her day. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."
