"This little house is adorable! It is impeccably clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. And the bed was really comfortable (which is not something I can usually say about places we visit). The little beach in the pictures is fantastic—clean, soft sand. It’s hard to imagine, but it’s even nicer in person. The hosts were absolutely lovely. We and our dogs enjoyed it immensely. There is a road close to the house and there is some traffic. "House was perfect for staying and hanging out but also close enough to town if you needed to drive in. We came up for the bay shore marathon and had a great time."

"Kaiser House is a pleasant and comfortable cottage in a convenient, beautiful location. The outdoor lounging area is comfortably appointed and enjoyable, and the bay-facing sunporch is the best for sunrise views and morning coffee. The house is well-appointed with everything we needed except a tea kettle (but that's just us). The beds are comfortable and the host response is friendly and efficient. "

"This was our second time renting this lovely home. Perfect spot for our "Lake Week" with family coming from Colorado, Delaware,New York and Mi. Nestled in the woods on beautiful Long Lake, our large group had lots of room for games, cooking and relaxing on the deck. The dock area is perfect for sunning, kayaking and boating. Close to TC so you can explore all the fun wineries and sights! Thank you to our host for sharing their beautiful lake home with us. We hope to return next year! "

"Property is cute and very clean. It is a split level duplex so be prepared for steps up to the main level and steps down to the bedroom level. The duplex was quiet; can’t hear anything through the walls and the neighbor is very nice. The best thing is the location. It’s a great central location for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes area. "

"Perfect location. Cozy and rustic home with only one other cottage on the road. Very private. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the side screened in porch."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect for long strolls on the beach and incredible star-gazing at night. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we left feeling rested and rejuvenated. We hope to be back!"
