"We really enjoyed our stay, so peaceful and calming, the trees blowing in the wind around us was a calming lovely sound. Our only issue was the kettle leaking every time you poured a drink and the fitted sheet was not big enough for the bed as soon as got on the bed it came off the mattress when trying to put back on you could get one side down but it pulled it away from other end so bigger fitted sheet and definitely deeper fit other than this it was amazing and just what we needed "

"Excellent location near the river. 5min drive from York designer outlet 10 min drive in to the centre of York Was a little worried being next to a very busy pub. We got back about 2130 hrs and it had already closed So very peaceful. Left us milk,bread,butter,eggs & tea coffee sugar, excellent stay throughly enjoyed will be a returning customer"

"This was a very nice one bedroom flat that had everything we needed for our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and with heavy luggage it was a bit of a challenge but overall we enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend it to others that want to explore York."

Toda el area de la cocina y el living estaban bastante sucias. También había un problema de polillas, por lo que llamar a un fumigador no seria una mala idea. El wifi es decente. "This unit in York, was conveniently located to sites like The Shambles, shopping and general site seeing, including the Roman Wall. Angela communicated very well helping us with check-in and the washer/dryer that we had trouble with. She was very proactive in having it looked at. Afterwords, it worked well. The bed was a bit soft, but overall the place was great!"

"Cosy YES. Riverside NOT. The title gives the impression that you will have have a riverside view but It felt more like a basement and we had lovely views of the bins! The TV was a nightmare. Degree in technolgy needed. Instructions would have been helpful. Bathroom rough round the edges. Left it cleaner than I found it.... ! "

"Although free parking is available, it is not on site parking, it's a 7 minute walk away. Access into the property is on the first floor (up a flight of stairs because the lift is out of order). The bedroom and bathroom are down a narrow spiral staircase, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues.
