"The hotel is very clean and the staff in the adjacent bar are really great. The only down side is that there is nowhere comfortable to sit in the room to watch tv for example."

"Dated room with peeling wallpaper, lukewarm water, and small uncomfortable bed. Certainly not worth £90. Dinner was shocking, and can only be described as a congealed bowl of slob. Meals were returned to the kitchen uneaten, but the £26 were not refunded. Breakfast was ok, but served on a dirty table ..."

"This was a lovely stay in a nice peaceful location and very easy to find. I would suggest it would be a stretch for 6 people but for a couple or family with 2-3 kids it would be perfect especially if the kids needed separate rooms.
