"This property was perfect for our family of four couples in town for a long weekend for a wedding. It was close to everything we needed and provided all of the comforts to truly relax. It is in a great neighborhood that allowed us to take walks each morning and enjoy the scenery. The communication from management and the owner were great. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again."

"We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family."

"Un sitio fantastico y muy agradable. Para repetir. La unica omega es que estaban realizando obras en un apartamento del complejo y los ruidos y molestias eran constantes. Los dueños no avisaron que se estaban haciendo obras en e establecimiento, por lo que la estancia durante el día era imposible. "

"There was a good vibe and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was used a couple of time. Great location to the beach and the grocery store. My son and I walked there to do some shopping. "We follow the policy of the house. But the old woman next door is a Karen. She acts like she own the place. Taking pictures of our cars even tho we are allowed to park at the drive way. We have to go through the garage per request by the property manager. But we have to go out in the side so that we can have access to the beach. The old woman was taking pictures and video of us! Very creepy!"

"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees.
