"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Alex is a very nice host and the flat lives up to its promise. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and living room. The location is also very good. Very nice and quiet residential area but with bus and underground in 30-40 minutes in the centre. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are even within walking distance. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Alles lief reibungslos und wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Christopher oder seine Frau jederzeit fragen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage war super, da die Bushaltestelle nur 2 min entfernt war und mit dem Underground war alles bestens erreichbar. Den PKW konnten wir vor der Tür parken. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen."

Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. The neighbourhood was absolutely lovely, and felt very safe. Transit is conveniently located right at the end of the street, so I was able to commute...

"Accommodations was not what it was supposed to be.The unit was clean there was still food in fridge and someone’s clothes still in unit plus the bed was very uncomfortable and no tv for past time. The communication with agency was not short and not very clear. The floor we stayed on smelt of smoke/weed and LOUD party starting from 9pm to 5pm the next day the music was loud which made it difficult to sleep."

"Tengo que decir que las características de la casa son acordes al anuncio. Creo que, para 9 personas, haría falta un baño completo más. La distancia hasta el metro son 15 minutos. Si se pretende visitar el centro, la línea de metro es directa, pero la vuelta por la noche se nos hacía un poco larga. El jardín está bastante descuidado. La limpieza fue bastante deficiente (El suelo de la cocina estaba bastante sucio así como alguna de las habitaciones; el lavavajillas, sin sacar)"
