"Oaklands Estate was the perfect place for our family holiday. We always look for somewhere a bit special to make our holidays memorable and it was just perfect. Plenty of room to spread out in the beautifully decorated traditional main house and the modern pavilion, beautiful views over the countryside in every direction, stunning gardens in full bloom while we were there in January, a pool big enough for a few lazy laps, and wannabe farmers like me can feed the chickens and the two pet cows....

"Wonderful to arrive and find the cottage exactly as pictured online. Having the 3 bathrooms was a big plus for our group of ladies especially when it came time to get ready for Saturday night in town. It was hard to pull ourselves away from the comfy lounges though and the fans and AC ensured we were comfortable whatever the temperature outside. Thank you for a wonderful retreat. The girls are already talking about coming back for a winter stay to make the most of the fire pit."
