"The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased."

"My family enjoyed a peaceful and private stay on Lake Champlain in this comfortable home. The house had everything that we needed and Leonard was easy to get in touch with. The shallow water dock is good for launching the provided kayak, but we used it to step onto our own paddle boards or relax in the chaise lounges. The sunrises are beautiful here too!"

"Impeccably clean, quiet, and in a very convenient location. Included all the amenities I needed, and then some. Close to many hiking trails and small towns like Chestertown (check out the Bullhouse restaurant) and North Creek (Gore Mountain gondola, Izzy’s Market & Deli, Barkeater Chocolates). It’s also a quick drive to Lake George, but I was looking to avoid crowds. Nice bonus to have Tripp Pond on the property for swimming and kayaking (hint: arrive early in the day or later in the afternoon...

"This was a wonderful property for a large gathering. It is secluded and rustic. Good Wi-Fi connection and most everything you would need. We played badminton, large connect four, pool, basketball and enjoyed the backyard fire pit. We did some boating on the lake and some whitewater rafting. Beds were comfortable. Note that most beds are twin size. There’s a grocery store in town which was convenient. Plenty of room in the house to find alone time. "

"Brown’s Beach home worked well for our family of 11. It was very clean & had all new appliances. We loved that each bedroom on 1st level had its own separate bathroom. Driveway is a bit challenging Lorraine was very attentive to anything we needed & her staff was very nice. Schroon Lake water is so clear! Beautiful area!"

"Visiting family in Vermont, very charming place to stay, quaint, quiet, fun in the lake, grandkids visited, great cookout, although the steps to the one bedroom were challenging for my handicapped wife, never thought a futon would be so comfortable, especially for me, at 6’2”, 260 lbs, it was great, we had loads of fun, short trips to restaurants, and another visit to Tom and Jerry’s, thanks so much, it was awesome, will be back!"
