El hotel es pequeño y único con una muy bonita vista y en verdad integrado en la naturaleza. Y aunque estuve mientras tenían trabajos de remodelacion nunca fue incomodo o molesto. El servicio y atención de los encargados es el mejor, son muy muy atentos y super amigables. El mobiliario y la habitación no eran las más nuevas pero estaban en muy buen estado y muy bien cuidadas y presentables. Volvería a ir.

Este lugar es increíble , hermoso y la cabaña es como estar en casa , limpio , sin olores raros y la atención de Carolina y su hermano es especial , recomendado , laa cascadas se ven hermosas de día y de noche , en verano Debe ser hermoso volver

I was a little disappointed when the room didn’t seem to be what the pictures portrayed online. The room grew on me over the next few hours. The cleanliness made the difference. We only stayed one night. We loved the little falls so that’s what made the difference for us.

Cascade Inn is one of our favorites. It's only three hours drive to a great change of pace and scenery. We love the new lighting that allows us to see the white water creek in the evening!

Had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Steps surrounding the property was in need of reconstruction for liability purposes but overall a very comfortable environment. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. I didn’t want to leave.

We have made multiple visits to this property. It is our go-to vacation spot. My plan is to stay here once every 2 months. It is beautiful, comfortable, and convenient.

This place is Beautiful and Romantic and is right on the Cascade Falls. Reserved room night before. Was sent text by Cascade Inn property stating if we want check in early text them arrival time I DID…1:00 pm! Got there was told no rooms available or ready told would calls as soon as room came open. They never called. 3 hours later we arrive back Did not get what was promised! Paid for room or cabin overlooking falls. Got standard room by office! Loud noisy! Walls thin can hear others talking! After my talk in room with my husband of color!!! That I felt we were not welcomed here due to obvious reasons! Owner came to door and stated “oh we do have rooms down by falls with your own private overlook” do you want one!! Mind you we were already in room and unpacked after 30 mins !! No, I’m owed money back

This was one of the most peaceful locations we’ve ever experienced. We had waterfalls right out in front of our room. Sitting on the deck listening to the music of the water was a refreshing respite. We will be back!

The cabin is well located, clean, however the furnishings are worn out. The curtains, sofa and finishes need updating.

we had an emergency n didn’t stay but if planning to stay here please be aware that if you get in to an accident n can’t make you don’t get a refund if you get sick n can’t make no refund so in conclusion they care more about money that customer service

I am very sorry you couldn't make it. Our cancellation policy of not allowing a cancellation the day before your reservation is pretty much standard throughout the industry. However, keep in mind, we do allow our guests to transfer their reservation to a future date.

The property is located high above a mountain creek. It's a unique location. I was impressed with the sound of the water roaring below us. He spent lots of time on the balcony even in the rain. Very comfortable rocking chairs. We were in the honeymoon suite. It was immaculate. Everything was rustic without being worn. A very clean and comfortable environment. At the same time it was isolated, but well connected to multi-lane roads. Restaurants and services are nearby. Step into Cascade Falls and you step into another world.

Property location is very beautiful. Loved the cascading falls and all the viewing/sitting decks. Room may be needs some upgrades. Overall a nice comfortable stay

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We are a small family owned Inn and we always strive for immaculate cleanliness and super comfortable rooms. Many people do enjoy the quaint setting and of course the sights and sounds of Tiger Creek Falls!

Nice and welcoming
The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We were greated when we arrived and the gentleman offered to help carry bags. I would refer to this as a cabin more than a room. The river flows past the Cascades and there is a path to go swimming.

Lovely stay.
Cabin like suite with fully equipped kitchen as large as the bedroom. Nice and clean. Quiet. Friendly owner. Lots of decks and fire pits with view of the river below. 27 steps down to the lower deck and then 58 steps down to the river but optional trail that is easier than stairs. Need black out curtain over blinds- bed comfortable. Small tv and enet. Lots of thoughtful touches. We may make this a tradition. The views and sounds of the river make this a wonderful choice.

The interior of the room was extremely dated! I do not believe it was worth what I paid for night!

Thank you for staying with us. We are a small family run Waterfall Retreat. Yes I agree our rooms are a little dated. But most of our guests feel that the immaculate cleanliness; along with having the sights and sounds of Tier Creek running into a beautiful waterfall on site, is a unique experience and well worth the price they would pay for any ordinary hotel room.

Beautiful waterfall
What a beautiful and serene surrounding!! We were only there for one night, but we will be back! We stayed in a suite with two children and a dog (always thankful for pet-friendly accommodations). The waterfalls, lights, and many decks created a very welcoming space!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a full kitchen and a spacious living/sleeping area. There were lots of decks overlooking the stream and a path to an area to enjoy being close to the small falls. Carol who checked us in was so friendly. This place is peaceful and full of loving touches that make you feel right at home.

Two days before our two night stay my 96 year old mother went to the hospital with a brain bleed. I am her only living child and needed to be with her through this traumatic experience. We apealled directly to Cascade Inn and through Expedia to let us cancel without penalty, or at least receive credit for a future stay at Cascade Inn. We were rejected and had to pay for the two nights. This does not seem very customer friendly.

Waterfall rooms are wonderful.
Cascades and their staff are wonderful. You go to sleep listening to the waterfall right at your window. The best place to stay.

The staff is extremely welcoming and thoughtful. The room itself was a simple "cabin" type room that suited all our needs. But being right above the water was just magical. We will definitely be back.
