So peaceful
The unity was supplied with everything you might need. It was well decorated and comfortable. The community deck is spectacular and just outside of your door. I loved the easy access to the beach and sunsets from the deck.

Birthday Getaway
My wife and I had visited Oceanside/Netarts a few years back just for a couple hours and found it so beautiful that we came back for a couple days for our Birthdays. 3 Arch’s location is going to be our go to place for many more years to come. Thank you all for a very memorable getaway!!!

Happy with the space and location.
This was a wonderful unit with a great location. If it had been good weather, it would have been great. You can’t help the weather. Everything was perfect outside of this unit having no ocean view to enjoy if you are stuck inside. Had it been good weather that allowed us to be outside for most of the day, it would have been fine. The unit was comfortable, clean , quiet, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We rented the unit for 2 nights but only stayed for one bevy without an ocean view, it felt confined and we are not TV watchers. There is a nice television in the room. We will definitely rebook with this sweet little spot in the future, but in one of the other units with an ocean view. We were so glad just to be able to easily walk the beach and be in Oceanside on short notice. Thank you!

The worst never use Vacasa again
The picture we saw misrepresented what we saw when arriving. Crowded, almost inaccessible parking spaces, the view was a side of a building and the furniture was old and half painted. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The cable was confusing and there were no instructions. Ability to contact anyone but bots was frustrating. I’ll never use Vacasa again.

Awesome place if there was electricity
Stayed 3 nights and had no electricity for 90% of it. When Oceanside loses power, you also lose cell signal. All the highways to leave were closed with fallen trees or high waters, there was no grocery store to get food either. I called VRBO when we left and found cell signal and they said they would have assisted us with a new rental if we would have called them during our stay. How? We lost about $150 in groceries we brought there. The courtesy land-line near the laundry room was dead. The property was great, VRBO/Vacasa not so much. Very disappointed in their response which was, and I quote, "Not our problem."

Great place
Loved our stay. Perfect size for our family if three. Super clean and comfy. Only negative I would say was the parking. If there are a lot of big cars then parking lot gets small fast and you can’t park even with open spots.

Great location. Stairs going down to beach aren't the greatest since they leave you to have to climb rocks down to beach. Don't rent #7 unless you don't mind nonstop noise above you from the upstairs guests. It would be nice if there was easier access to things like towels, TP, garbage bags, etc for people staying longer than a couple days. You can't call with no phone access or wifi. Overall, still worth it.

We had booked a room ON THE OCEAN. Did not receive.
We scheduled our 50th wedding anniversary with you. We were told we would have an ocean view. Not only didn't get it, we were buried in a back room with construction guys above us. We tried to call the local number and never received any answers of any kind. We confirmed originally an agreed upon price only to have two additional fees added on at the last minute. those additional fees totaled approx $170. And as noted above, no return calls. The room itself was clean and quaint. We have stayed with your company before and never have we seen this type of blatant excuse for customer service. These issues seem to be intentionally done and bordering on fraud. Why did we confirm our stay so early if you had no intention of honoring our agreement?

We really loved this stay. Great shower , bed, kitchen well equipped. Needs a lamp in the living room and some more clothes hooks in bathroom and bedroom. Directions for the TV remote would be great. Bulb out in the bathroom

Wonderful vacation, not so wonderful neighbors
From the 1st night too our 3rd night, the residence above, presented a constant cacophony of stomping and noise from residents above. We were kept awake every night until 11:30 pm with a 9 and 4 year old. Those families above us woke up moving chairs andq God knows what else at 5 am. Our ability to get restful sleep was a 3/10, and that’s gracious. Given the repeat opportunity, I’d stay on the second floor or on one of the first floor locations that doesn’t have an upstairs resident. will NEVER stay at this location when there is a resident above me, it’s simply just too loud. On a vacation one would hope to get adequate sleep if not blissful sleep. The surf, and the tranquility and sounds of the ocean should provide a well induced sleeping environment, but given the behavior of our neighbors upstairs this was not an option until they checked out on Thursday. Our best night of rest was our last day. Twice out of 4 nights I had to park on the street and wait for somebody to pull their vehicle out the next morning. Thursday morning, in doing this, I sustained a dent that wasn’t there before, something I’m not happy about. People bringing large SUVs should be advised to park on the street or learn to stay in the lines. Cleaning staff and Jenny were excellent, provided extra TP and towless as need Wednesday The views were excellent, as was the private beach balcony and beach access. We did have occasional people on the balcony who weren’t residence; and I wish you have heaters for the kids if possible. I would make a repeat visit for 2022, but I want rooms without above tennents,

A perfect cozy Seattle getaway spot
Such a lovely, perfectly cozy, homey spot. In a lovely neighborhood where we could walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shops but also a quick drive deeper into the city for other touristy spots. The host was lovely and attentive but also allowed us our space. Will definitely return on another trip to the city.
