Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. "Very nice location, spacious and clean. Beautiful patio and the sauna and hot tub were amazing. The campground amenities nearby were very convenient but also severe markets/bakeries very close. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Super Urlaub mit Genuss und Erholung. Das Urlaubsobjekt entspicht zu 100% der Beschreibung von Novasol. Die Region und das Ferienhaus ist für einen Urlaub im Norden einfach nur Top. Das Haus hat genügend Sitz- und Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten, so das man auch früh Morgens dem leichtem Wind ausweichen kann. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und auch die gepflegte Gartenanlage verdienen volle Punktzahl. Auch kam 2 mal ein Poolservice um Funktion zu prüfen und auch diesen Reinigte. Es gab auch kleine Rücksprachen...
