"My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is so unique and so cool with the historic items like the stair case. The owners of the place put a lot of thought in little details to make our stay better. Including littles things like spices, all kitchen utensils, pot and pans, dishes,coffee, family board games, laundry soap ect... The place is a cute as it is describe. It is very roomy and we loved all the decks to spend our evenings on. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful...

"I will forego the flowery review as i would be repeating what others have said. In short, this is a wonderful cottage in a country/farm setting that is both comfortable and cute. Yes, chickens roam free. I will comment on my stay with my adult disabled son. Anna took the time to take measurement so that we knew well in advance what limitations he may have with his wheelchair. "The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location! We had things planned all around town, especially at Horsetooth and downtown, and everything was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire home was clean, welcoming, and convenient to use.Stacy was a great communicator and provided clear, helpful instructions about both the house and the surrounding area. "The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation."
