The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking.
Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke.
As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though).
It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through.
There are merely two lifts on a 7 stories building and one of them was out of service, we ended up taking the stairs for most of the stay (fortunately we were "just"on the third floor).
Not happy of all the discomfort they provided us already we've been given likely the worst, smallest room of the whole structure, we've been gazing at other rooms on the corridor and literally anyone was bigger and better that ours.
But the problems had just began, nothing in the room was working properly, we had such a weak faucet pressure in the bathroom we ended up brushing our teeth in the shower, the TV wasn't turning on either.
We went downstairs to the reception to ask support and we've been promised quick assistance soon, but no one ever showed up.
In the middle of the stay I've asked the reception again for a sewing kit and I've been told they had it available and would have it send to our room promptly, yet again nobody ever showed up to our room.
And there's so much more but I've finished the available characters.
