"This B&B was a great find at a good price. It is a bit dated but I found it quaint and charming. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cozy with an immaculate private bathroom. Each evening, guests were offered wine, crackers and cheese with grapes, and also fresh baked cookies and coffee if preferred. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We walked everywhere and the location was convenient—we never moved the car once. We will definitely return to this inn next time we visit...

"Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite. "
