"The property and home are so lovely and well maintained. Amenities are just an extra special touch, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit. Also so well set up with dishes and pantry stocked for cooking meals, board games, puzzles, great signage and easy instructions throughout the home. "The property was absolutely fantastic, with a welcoming rustic and cozy atmosphere. The floathouse had most of the basics for our stay, and was a comfortable fit for our group, with beautiful views of the Tofino harbour. Our host, Pearl, was generous and amenable as she taxied us to and from Strawberry Isle, gave us knowledgable advice on our plans for the weekend, and was incredibly responsive to our needs. "The apartment is in an excellent location and has windows on two side with what must be one of the best views in Tofino. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable- our only complaint was that the property is directly above a cafe which starts baking (noisily!) at 5am - luckily 3 of our 4 nights were weekend/closed days so only one morning of noise!. "I travelled with my husband and adult children (my son, daughter and her boyfriend). We were very impressed with the house and property. The house has a great table that can easily sit 8 people. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom with showers and the living room has lots of seating with a view of the inlet. "Capitan Joel and Luc were awesome hosts. My husband took a trip out to get some halibut and had an amazing time. Caught a 42lb halibut to take home. The houseboat is clean and comfortable, we love the window to the sea. Such a fun experience. Highly recommend Strawberry Island for your next vacation."

"This was a perfect cottage for our 6 night stay with family. It was impeccably clean & quite spacious. It has a 2 great outdoor spaces! (Fire pit with lovely chairs & ample firewood as well as a nice patio table on the deck). The couches were super comfy too. Sunsets were only a 12 minute walk away. We will beback!"

"We loved our stay in beautiful Tofino. Built and beautifully maintained by its owners (who live next door), it is perfectly located, just on the edge of Tofino. Wonderfully quiet, you are surrounded by trees but very close to beaches. A short (2 min) walk away is a well equipped store and a lovey local cafe with excellent home bakes. We would have loved to stay longer! "
