"We enjoy the Townhome. It was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal or bake. There are several linens, towels, blankets, and anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cozy with several pillows. They thought of every detail! The space is large, so large we didn't need the downstairs level, which is like a large suite. My only gripe was it stated 3 TVs in the listing. There was no TV upstairs at all,...

"Over all the property was exactly as expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is wonderful and very well equipped. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids. Our only complaint is that the lower level and the two main floor bedrooms were very cold. Some rooms only reaching around 60 degrees, sometimes only in the 50’s. Super cold weekend so maybe.this is to be expected. Maybe some space heaters?? Overall we loved the house!"

"This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. A nice quick weekend getaway with a couple of views and experiences thrown in. It was especially nice to wake up to the sunrise overlooking the lake, as well as a nice relaxing fire in the fireplace to end our visit. The accommodations were perfect, and our hosts were incredibly responsive. Highly recommended"

"We came up for our yearly snowmobile vacation and the cabin was comfortable for 4 adults and 3 larger dogs. John is very easy to contact and checks in periodically during stay to make sure everything is going okay. Not far from snowmobile trails so you can ride right to the trails . We will definitely be back!!!!"

"My kids and I stayed an extended weekend at this property. The facilities were as listed and it was only a 5 minute drive to the ski slopes. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay up on the north shore. I would definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter as the driveway is steep and slippery in spots."

"It was our 2nd stay & we just love this cabin. It is a perfect mix of rustic with just the right amount of updates to really be "rustic luxury." Beds are comfortable & cabin is clean. You can not beat the location! 30 feet from lake superior! Views are amazing! Close to lutsen for skiing, and close to cascade falls for hiking. You don't want to miss this one!"

"The property was easily accessible with convenient parking. The property was clean and had a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare several meals. MaryKate also provided some delicious locally roasted coffee that we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quite, centrally located getaway in Grand Marais, this is a great option. "Beautiful cabin and the pictures don't even do it justice. Views are amazing from each level. Plenty of space and things to do for everyoe in the family. We'd hoped to try the outdoor firepit, but it was too cold this time. A short drive to Lutsen Ski area. Dependable wifi so streaming movie nights was a breeze. Highly recommend!"
