"Wir haben einen schönen Sommerurlaub auf Møn verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und konnten die Insel erkunden und den Strand genießen. Obwohl wir zu viert waren hatten wir genug Platz und die Terrasse rund ums Haus wurde einfach zum Wohnzimmer. Der Vermieter hat sein Haus nebenan und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Møn! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, liebevoll eingericht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Für 3 Erwachsene ist es ausreichend groß, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die zwei Terassen und der große Garten laden zum Verweilen ein und auch der Strand ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar problemlos. Ein Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus (und auf der Insel) können wir nur weiterempfehlen! :)"

"Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider nicht sauber, es gab viele Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Die Spüle war undicht, der Kühlschrank hat am Anfang getropft. Haus ist neu gestrichen, neuer Boden, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Bad müsste renoviert werden. Haus hatte am Anfang einen muffigem Geruch. "

"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. "Erstmal das positive: Ruhige Lage und Strandnähe sind super! Auf der Terrasse (mit Meerblick!) war ein großes Loch und die Möbel waren alt und ungepflegt. Leider waren im Wohnraum nur 1 Glühbirne verfügbar, bei 4 Lampen. Katastrophal fand ich ehrlicherweise die Kissen. Widerlich vergilbt. Küche ok. "leider mussten wir bei Ankunft erstmal an manchen stellen Spinnen enfernen. Ein weiterer halber Stern war das wir den Toaster benutzten und dieser aufgrund eines elektirchen Fehlers des Gerätes leider kaputt ging. Auf Nachfrage und Kontakt wurden wir von Novasol mit der Antwort abgespeißt das der Toaster ja nicht Teil des Inserates sei und somit nicht ersetzt werden kann! Das war ärgerlich, den ich denke gerade so etwas wie ein Toaster sollte mitlerweile Standart in einer Ferienhausküche...
