Small but cute. It really needs a deep cleaning (it seemed like it only had the once-over). Additionally, the property needs quite a bit of TLC. I think it would feel really crowded with more than 4 guests. It is just a few blocks from downtown. Kitchen supplies were adequate.

Interior design was excellent, poor constructive installation, dips and openings in floor. The property itself has excellent bones and character with great lighting. Kitchen/ Living is the trophy, cozy and functional. Minimal mess and function issues. Overall good visit.

This beautiful home is perfect for a family vacation, with comfortable beds and convenient parking, which is especially useful given Kansas' narrow roads. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kansas, as it truly feels like a home. My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning in the spring for another vacation.

I was happy to find a pet friendly rental for our stay. The rental is a nice, older property. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept very well. The fenced yard is a small courtyard, that served our purpose nicely.

A stay with potential

We really appreciated the air conditioning. And the property has a lot going for it. Great living space layout. Unfortunately, the house has a damp smell we couldn’t get over. And there were a few areas that needed cleaning: the baseboards in the main floor bathroom, the vent in the upstairs bathroom. There were used sponges in the sink when we arrived. And there is a weird stain on the side of the refrigerator and the water dispenser is clearly broken. The house number didn’t face the street and wasn’t lit so finding the house was a bit confusing. I’m guessing the neighborhood is safe enough but there is a lot of trash on the easements. We could tell the property has been updated and appreciated that. Not sure the lvp on the main floor was installed properly. The price was a little steep for what we got.

Great spot, needs attention to details

The house is adorable—it’s filled with beautiful plants and decor. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Spacious rooms and living space. One of the beds had soiled linens (stains and lots of hair). The face towels in the bathroom were all soiled, as well. The kitchen did not have paper towels and the bathrooms were not stocked with Extra toilet paper rolls. We had to go looking for more. Host was super communicative and attentive when we had questions. Check in was a breeze. A little extra attention to details like clean linens and stocked supplies would give this sweet place 5 stars!

Excellent communication with our host. He was quick to work around my techinical issue with VRBO.com and address my requests. The beds were comfortable and the home was welcoming. We didnt get much time to enjoy the patio but it was inviting.The kitchen was well stocked and I loved all the live pets.
