"Our first two weeks in Arezzo and certainly this property exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms. He is a gracious host and an excellent instructor in making homemade pasta. He was most helpful suggesting sites to visit and excellent dining recommendations at every turn. "We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage of John and Dianne. The amount of love they put in the property is amazing. The cottage is very well decorated, has all the things you need and the garden and pool puts you in the vacation mood. "My family of four (11 and 14 year old girls) had the best four nights at this villa. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. We didn’t even touch the extra apartment with two additional bedrooms! Highly recommend!"

"Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"We were a group of 6 friends and stayed for a week. The property is very large and well maintained. The view is gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of the sunsets at dinner. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. "Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. "Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer schönen Aufteilung der Räume und großen Schlafzimmern. Es besteht aus zwei etwa gleichgroßen Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden. "Everything about our vacation was magical ! The 500 years old villa has so much character with all the facilities that you need to be comfortable.
