"Our family enjoyed our lake stay so much. The cabin was perfect for our group of 6 and had a great porch area to look down at the lake. The kids spent lots of time in the lake fishing and playing. We brought a paddle board with us and along w the provided kayaks, there was plenty to enjoy. We also spent a day on the Nantahala River at the NOC."

"Precious cabin for two! Beautiful drive on winding road along and over the White Oak Creek with views of the mountains forest and water falls. Lots of outdoor recreation activities. I booked white water rafting on the Nantahala in the morning and zip lining in the mountain forest in the afternoon! The fully equipped kitchenette was perfect for quick morning breakfast. "Short anniversary trip for us while our kiddos were off to summer camps. Everything was perfect! Better than expected. The homeowners really thought of everything when it comes to their guest! Amazing sunrises on the amazing covered porch! Comfortable settings inside! Everything was just amazing! Communication with homeowner was excellent! Just a dream getaway from the madness of adulthood. Also, recommend the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad! "

"It was a very lovely stay. It rained a lot so we didn’t get a chance to use the grill or fire pit, but would have enjoyed those amenities provided. Everything we needed was provided by the host inside the cabin, the bed was more comfortable than my own, and the view was just amazing. The location was perfect for exploring surrounding towns, only a few minutes to Cherokee, Bryson City, Sylva, and Dillsboro shopping and playing. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. "

"Absolutely amazing cabin in the sky!Perfect place for a romantic getaway, to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with each other. The Colcloughs have thought of every detail to make it feel like home. It was completely beautiful inside and out. Very clean and cozy.The hot tub was awesome and we loved having coffee on the porch watching the hummingbirds. Had the best time playing games and cuddling up by the fireplace watching movies too. "
