"The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail."

"The views from the deck are gorgeous!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub is a great touch. The rooms are a good size and nice to have two queen size beds! My only comment is in regards to the parking. It’s quite tricky and would not be suitable to someone who isn’t comfortable backing up a road to park. Overall we would recommend !!"

"The house was as listed with three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, plus a large backyard deck. Could have been a little cleaner and better stocked. Location was close to downtown but is unfortunately not in the greatest are of town - do your research before you go. "

There were some areas that needed extra cleaning; bathroom drain and areas in the larger bedroom. The flow and water temperature was great! The lovely lighting and roominess was appropriate for the three of us. "

"We had a large group of three families stay at this property and it worked out excellent. You have the full house plus backyard. the kitchen was really well laid out and the accessories and little touches were really great. It even included a bunch of plastic and glass containers for left overs when you had a cooking night. The host had left detailed instructions and everything worked very well. There were even games and backyard games included. All in all a great location to explore St.John's...
