Lovely location and amenities
We stayed as a family of 4 (and dog) in August and enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions although the pool was nearly as hot as the hot tub!
The only negative was the condition of the garden as a whole, which was rather unkempt and felt unloved. The grass was very long, full of weeds, and leaves everywhere (including lots in the pool that I had to clean first - a pool hoover was left but couldn't be charged), plus broken/uneven pathways (including the steps up the the property). This was somewhat disappointing given the price we paid, and given it could be so easily rectified with some basic gardening work.
Overall though it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience, which was positive.
(P.s. take lots of insect repellent as we had 100s of midge bites from an afternoon in the garden!)
