A wonderful apartment
We stayed for 18 nights in this delightful apartment. The Host was a good communicator, checking everything was ok at regular intervals and helping with any small problems. Including when we locked ourselves out!The location is perfect.

Amazing place by the Sea!
This apartment is amazing, only ‘’10 seconds’’ walk to the beautiful beach of Torremolinos ! Very quiet place and very secure place, the apartment gives in an inner courtyard, and this is the reason why it is so quiet and nice. It is equipped with 2X super nice terrasses, with or without sun depending on the time of the day, so you can choose where it is the best time to have your drink! Also it is very well decorated, and the A-C is performing very very well. Brand new place, all renovated and very well equipped with all furniture you need for the week! I really recommend this amazing place!

Terrific beach apartment with lovely patios
This property is very clean and cozy. The patios are lovely and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook. The hosts, fatima and patricia, were responsive and ensured our stay was hassle free. Only potential cons were the checkin person did not speak english and it is a bit of a walk from the train station (20 min).

Great Location, Enjoyable Stay
Stayed at the property with another couple. Stayed for one month. Communication with the host was excellent. Responses were immediate. The month stay included 2 cleaning days. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials to do some cooking. The location is outstanding. Close to the beach and close to bus stops that will take you to Malaga and surrounding Villages. The main bedroom beg was comfortable however one of the single beds in the other room was lacking in comfort. The unit is small, but aren’t most places in Europe. One quickly adapts. Have no problem recommending this property.

Had a lovely stay everything you could think of in kitchen Fatima the owner very helpful. The property is spotless lovely location and upstairs terrace fabulous for sunning all day. Will definitely return for a third stay.

Homely apartment
Well equipped apartment with a sunny roof terrace. Bedrooms on the small side but didn’t spoil the stay. Great location a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of bars & restaurants.

Great Location
Stayed in La Carihuela many times before,, location to everything is excellent, Apartment was spotless and has everything you need, Definitely needs the safe to work so store passports etc, lovely balcony which gets the sun until late, communication from Fátima the owner was excellent throughout. Only small downside is no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom, apart from that would use again.

Had a lovely stay in Torremolinos
Could not ask for a better location. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores at your doorstep, yet the accommodation is quiet. It's also well equipped. Beds are comfy, bedrooms are small but adequate. Nice terrace. Fatima is attentive, available and helpful.

TOP, verblijf en locatie
Heerlijk appartement, netjes onderhouden en de locatie is top. 1 nadeel..in de 2e slaapkamer is geen airco. Eerste week van onze vakantie was t soms 40 graden en dan koelt het savonds niet af. Waardoor m'n kinderen (24 en 26) beneden op de bank zijn gaan slapen bij de airco. Fatima (eigenaresse)is zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame.

Lovely ! Amazing location.
Loved this property. Bedrooms are small but adequate. More suited to parents and children group. There is plenty of hanging space but in bedroom 2 and the lounge downstairs. No problem for us 3 adults though. Loads of hot water constantly, toiletries and towels. A/c in main bedroom and lounge worked really well. Location is superb! Would have appreciated a second key but we got round it, The sun terrace is fantastic ! Would definitely recommend to others

We stayed for one week in may, the duplex is a fantastic place to stay it has everything you need for a perfect holiday, location is superb close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars yet very peaceful and quiet the apartment itself is beautiful with a stunning roof terrace Fátima was the perfect host attentive and allways there if needed this place gets ten out of ten from us and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great space in a perfect location
It was lovely - everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided… even a welcome bottle of local wine. There is airconditioning, but not really necessary while we were there. The evening breeeze through the windows was great. The rooftop patio was lovely for enjoying an apertif. The property manager did not speak English, so details about the unit were impossible to understand. Although the owner sent a packet in English via email once full payment was received. That had good directions as it is located on a pedestrian street.

From start to finish of our booking we were sent a full set of helpful guidelines. Fatima was extremely helpful and thorough. Location is perfect, apartment wonderful . Our only slight criticism would be we found the main bedroom bed was too small (small double ) .
