"Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! "

"We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. "Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!"

"First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. "

"Overall it was very inviting, clean and a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. I did find trash and clothing under two of the beds that I was not expecting and the floors could have been cleaned better but I believe the cleaning company was behind that day and trying to hurry. We were not able to enter the property until 20-30 mins after check in time because of this but at NO fault to the host. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs to run around and relax.
