"We had a wonderful stay in a lovely one bed garden apartment. Well equipped and clean, with a comfy bed, plentiful hot water and a good shower. The grounds and pool are spotless. The property manager is the best we've experienced in our mulitple visits to Australia. We were greeted, out of hours, with a welcoming smile, nothing was too much trouble. "The property is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday. The house had everything we needed as well as being super doggy friendly with a good sized secure yard. Iluka is also a lovely friendly beachside town with a great dog beach and the house has really easy access to the river beaches as well (which our dogs loved even more than the beach!)."

"Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!"

Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"House is lovely but a little tired in some areas and outside needs some tlc. Gardens are a mess. Vacuum cleaner doesnt suck and straw broom has seen better days and we couldnt sweep with it. Disappointed there was no doona covers on the beds. Neighbour over back fence is a winger as she said my dog howled when we left, however we left and stopped up the road and listened numerous times and there was no howling. "Cozy and convenient place to stay. Nearby multiple beaches, restaurants, shop outlets and my favourite, the brewery. Even with heavy rains and winds the accommodation was ideal for a day inside with a range or games and books along with the essential tv. Would recommend and stay again next time. "
