"My husband and i along with 3 of our friends and 3 pups stayed here for a trip to ride at the nearby dirtbike track. We loved this property so much our first night we booked the rest of the weekend here. The owner is very prompt, helpful and kind! This is a really great property, if you're on the fence you should just go ahead and book it! It was very clean, well stocked with anything you might need aside from food and we all were able to take hot showers consecutively(i know some reviews...

"Beautiful home with all the extra touches (paper products, hand soap, shampoo, etc.) provided in a very quiet setting. We enjoyed the back porch and the fire pit. A couple of things to be aware of: the road leading up to the home is gravel (well maintained), the walk to the dock is about 1/5 of a mile on somewhat uneven ground, and the stairs going into the basement are steep and unfinished. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the relaxation. Deer greeted us each morning. We would recommend this...

"We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. The house provided all the kitchen appliances you would need for eating at home and grilling out....

"This house had all we needed for a two night senior citizens stay at budget price point. The fenced yard and provisions for pet clean up were excellent. Inside was dated, but clean, functional and family friendly. We were unable to control the many strings of LED lights or TV’s volume, but chalked it up to operator error. "

"We had an amazing time staying at this lovely lake house! The house was well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The quiet and peaceful area provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We were also lucky enough to have great weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. The only thing we wished for was an outdoor grill, as it would have been great for enjoying meals outside. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to return again in the future!"

"This is a beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay, but upon arriving had to clean toilets, get spiders out of window seals, pillows had dirt and coffee spills on them, so we didn’t use them, the stairs outside down to water was literally falling apart so we couldn’t use it. We placed chairs across the front of them so no one would use them and get hurt. Overall it was a nice stay, after we cleaned up. "
