"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. The beach at Khlong Prou is possibly the nicest beach in Koh Chang where the hotel is. "Bodde i villa närmast vattnet, helt fantastiskt fina och ligger närmast både restaurang /bar och poolen, mycket bra val! Vi hade 4 villor, alla likadana men det finns bara 3 stycken närmast vattnet och jag kan verkligen rekommendera att välja dessa trots högre pris. Magiskt att sitta och se solen gå ner från verandan. Mycket hårda sängar är allt vi kan klaga på. "
