"The cabin was beautiful. Mild issues with temperature control on all three levels, and the area was incredibly buggy, so didn’t go outside much. Running water was a bit smelly, and there were no dressers, so had to live out of the suitcases. Also about 45 min. away from the nearest grocery store. But, great memories were made."

"Tucked away in the northwoods is this little slice of heaven, perfect for a getaway from the busyness of everyday life. Beautiful property, cabin was immaculate! Fishing was great. Plenty of wildlife, including bears, fawns and so many eagles. Definitely recommend. Easy booking and excellent communication. Hope to return in the fall!"

"Our family has enjoyed many years of vacationing at Gresham Retreat. It is one of the few properties that meet our wants list of privacy, small lake with no speedboats, river access to other lakes via canoe/kayak, fire pit by the lake, nice accommodations and peaceful! The daily sightings of Bald Eagles/Loons is a huge plus and the fishing from the pier is always good as well."

"Our stay was awesome all around and the kids loved it. The house was spotless and so well stocked with everything we needed. We’ve stayed in WI cabins for a long time and this is by far the best. The sandy beach was perfect for the kids to walk out and swim and the water was really nice and warm. We will definitely come back!"

"The cabin was nice and quiet. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. The scenery was beautiful. There was really no decent place to park our pontoon trailer and the dock that was pictured online was not the dock for roadside 1 cabin. We had to ask the neighbor which dock to use. And the entry to the dock was over grown with lake weeds which made a tripping hazard. A friendly suggestion is to have a sign directing which dock to use. Also, we had to ask the neighbor as to where the garbage and...

"We wanted a nice, relaxing time by the lake and that is what we got. Not a place to swim due to weeds and lilipads but still enjoyed our time relaxing. Would encourage bring bug spray. Wifi is very spotty so not a good place to do any remote work from. But, for our vacation it worked okay. For our small group of four worked for us. Not suited for much more until they get basement done."

"We loved our stay here! House was very clean and had a lot of great amenities. Kitchen stocked with all appliances/ kitchen tools you would need. We did a lot of fishing right off the pier. We caught bluegill, bass and northern. We enjoyed lots of campfires at night around the nice fire pit! We would love to stay here again."
