"Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. Buena playa y personal, malas instalaciones.
"Hotel ubicado en buena playa. Personal muy amable y voluntarioso. Instalaciones deficientes, necesita reforma urgente. Pero lo peor con diferencia fueron los mosquitos. El hotel debería hacer algo para arreglar este problema. La última noche nos acribillaron y casi no pudimos dormir."

"It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform."
