Nice stay with everything you would possibly need.
We stayed in the cabin 3 nights. Was a good location and the cabin provided all one needs and more. They have gone out of their way to make it a good spot. Every little detail thought of and provided. So much stuff in the cabin without feeling cluttered. While we went for hikes we could have easily filled our time without leaving the property.

Cozy and clean
The property was gorgeous and offered very nice privacy and amazing views of the river and mountains! Cabin was so nice and warm even when snowing outside and was the perfect place to stay over Christmas! All of the little touches really show how much hosts care about your experience there. Beautiful cabin
My husband and I stayed 3 nights here with our dog. We had been to the area before and wanted to explore it further. The bunkhouse was a perfect base for kayaking, fishing and hiking. We loved the privacy and all the many extra little touches. They have truly thought of everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Tish’s is about details and they are EVERYWHERE! My wife and I giggled at all the signs, the random knickknacks and absolutely random design touches. Loved all of it. Will definitely stay here again.

Cozy cabin on the river
This was the second time I have stayed and both times the experience was very good. The space is setup to accommodate folks in a very friendly way. All your basic needs are met and more. I was in town for work and just enjoy a hassle free evening and not having to deal with a hotel.

Kootenai Get-Away
The cabin was wonderful. Yes it is small but very fun. Clean and cozy. The deck area was a perfect place to eat any meal, mostly our evening meal for us. The path and lawn chairs to/at the river is short and very relaxing. Our hosts walked us through the Yurt and Sauna as well as the rest of the grounds. If our future trips back to Troy area align with cabin availability, we very much would like to stay here again. no doubt about it.

Awesome stay on the Kootenai!
This property is so fun and we loved the cozy comfortable feel of the cabin. It was -4 the first night and we were warm and toasty all night, including the water. The river is right there and with so many things to do in the area, it was a perfect stay!

All things perfect
The Bunkhouse exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail with furnishings, amenities and decor was an absolute delight. Once you walk through the gate you enter this absolutely lovely and secluded setting, inside and out. Beautiful rustic craftsmanship. I’d have been quite contented to just tuck in for the whole weekend and catch up on some quiet R&R, but we very much enjoyed some long walks on a road and bike path following the river, and around a neighboring park. The Bunkhouse had everything we needed to feel welcomed and comfortable. Loved the 80s records, games, comfy beds, pillows, colorful towels, sleeping loft with cool ladder, awesome ambience lighting, monkey coffee mugs. Everything. Thank you for your awesome Bunkhouse.

Well put together tiny home
It was a really wonderful experience being able to stay in this small house. It really allowed me and my wife and two little girls to have a relaxing comfy stay. The neighbors on both sides were a little closer than I thought they would be but there was a nice big wooden privacy fence between them so you could only see the tops of the roofs. Inside the house was private and quiet except for the occasional passing train, but that is a good distance away so it isn't very loud or shake the house at all just adds to the rural Montana experience. The beds were really comfortable!

A Magical Christmas Experience
The bunkhouse far exceeded our expectations and was the perfect little nest for an unconventional Christmas getaway weekend! It’s incredibly cozy and decorated so thoughtfully. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to records while making meals, having a fire on the deck, grilling and listening to the sound of the Kootenai literally right below the patio. Overall, an absolutely lovely experience. You can’t go wrong in booking this little gem!
