The house is large, so would easily fit a large family. I appreciated the one main floor bedroom, the master suite, for this old lady that cannot climb stairs easily. It was nice that both bathrooms on the main floor were nearby the bedroom, too. Low, soft cushions are on the two couches, while there are two chairs besides in the living room. Lots of suggestions for touring are in the basket there.
The garden in the back, which was a main draw for me to rent, is exquisite. The gazebo sheltered us when it rained. The table and chairs were comfortable. There are patches of sunshine in which I placed my chair to read - my favorite activity in warm weather. The shade cooled when it got too hot. There is beautiful natural vegetation for relaxing the eyes. The artistry of the brick paths must have been a lot of work and made the space so special. I really liked the garden!
The house is beautifully decorated. The ambience is lovely.
The kitchen is large enough to be efficient. I appreciated the glass-top stove.
The bathmats for the tub/shower are really upscale from others I have seen, and I liked their higher quality.
The clothes washer is superior, too. If I needed one, I might go after that LG Inverter Drive, True Balance, Smart Drum. The spin cycle makes the clothes almost dry before going into the machine dryer. Nice!
The refrigerator/freezer is large. The water filter delivered to the set-in compartment in the door.
The dishwasher is really quiet, and the soap for it is environmentally much better than that for the laundry (which I could not use due to the scent).
The dining table is a high-top, which is preferred by younger adults, but difficult for the elderly and children. Other preferenc notables were that the master bath sinks are really low and the bed is 56" wide X 76" long, so narrower and shorter than the typical standard for Queen Size, 60” x 80”
The Pima Airplane Museum is nearby. Access to I-19 is easy the back way past the San Xavier Mission, rather than on the shorter heavily trafficked route on the Valencia thoroughfare.
Sunsets are beautiful over the desert NW in the close Tucson Mountain Park.
Two towns south, Green Valley has two lovely free/donation gardens, The Arid Garden and Desert Meadows Park. The latter was better for birdwatching than the expensive garden in northern Tucson.
