When I first tried the key card it didn’t work, the lady behind the desk told me to pull the door toward me, and it should work. Well it did. However, We entered the room every thing looked okay, until we turned on the TV. Then I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. After three trips to the front desk, and the lady telling me how to fix the tv on my own, she finally came to the room and did get it fixed. When she checked the phone someone had cut the phone line cord. The coffee maker in the room did not work. There was a hole in the sheet on my bed, the door frame was busted, which didn’t feel safe, I asked to change rooms and was denied. when I paid $100 for the room I expected a better quality of service from the Quality Inn wont stay there again
