"The price is reasonable, and there is central ac. The location is good, and the laundry is great. But the house is showing its wear in places. Every step sounds like a herd of animals as many floorboards creak loudly at every step. The house was caked in dust, and none of the linens were set on any of the beds, which was an annoying inconvenience.
